Getting to know you comes first.

We support both children and adults, with a wide range of individual needs, across Kyabram and surrounding areas.

Our approach is centred on getting to know each participant, building a genuine relationship, and shaping support around their goals, preferences and everyday life.

As a small provider, we want our participants and their families to feel like more than a number. We value trust, consistency, respect and open communication, and we want reaching out to us to feel comfortable, not daunting.

What we can help with.

A quick overview of our supports. Every plan looks a little different, shaped around the person.

How support actually works.

No jargon, no long forms up front. Just a straightforward process, at a pace that suits you.

01

Have a conversation

Call or message us. No forms, just a chat about what you or your family need.

02

Get to know you

We take the time to understand your goals, routines and what matters to you.

03

Build your plan

Support is shaped around you, not the other way around.

04

Ongoing support

Consistent, flexible support that adjusts as your needs change.

Good support starts with rapport.

We take the time to build genuine relationships before anything else. You cannot receive good support without it, and we would rather get that right than rush to a form.

Everyone is welcome here.

Traditional Owners

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land we work on, and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.

LGBTQIA+ community

We also celebrate and support the LGBTQIA+ community.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower

We recognise the Sunflower symbol, and support people with both visible and non-visible disabilities.

What families are saying.

Three words make up our name. Here's what they look like in practice, in the words of the families we support.

Diverse.

“Mia is a constant, a safe place, and someone who genuinely cares.”

KYLIE DICKENS, PARENT
Support.

“Harley supported our family so I could have time out. Levi was in his own home, in his own routine, and he loved it.”

DONNA ANDERSON, PARENT

“My garden success could not be possible without your help.”
