You don't have to figure everything out alone.

Every website build includes a clear handover guide and post launch support. Your guide explains how to manage your website, make relevant text updates and understand the custom coded sections used throughout the build. If you'd rather have someone keep things updated, CWS Care Plans provide ongoing website and digital support for $199 a month, with no lock in.

Your Website Workbook comes first.

Before I start designing, you'll complete a detailed Website Workbook. It gives me the information I need to understand your business properly before I start making design decisions.

  • Your business, goals and what you want the website to achieve
  • Your ideal customers, services and key information
  • Your brand colours, fonts, logo and existing visual identity
  • Your website pages, content, imagery and functionality
  • Your social profiles, Google presence and other digital touchpoints
  • Anything you already have set up, and anything you know you need help with
Don't have everything sorted yet? That's completely fine. If your brand colours, fonts, content or other details aren't set, I'll help you work through them during the build. The workbook isn't about having all the answers. It's about giving me the best possible starting point.
