For thirteen years I worked in business administration. My job was other people's systems: the bookings, the invoices, the forms, the follow ups. The unglamorous machinery that nobody notices until it stops.

What I noticed, over and over, was how many good businesses were being let down by their websites. Not ugly ones. Broken ones. Forms that went nowhere. Booking links that had expired. Prices from two years ago. Businesses losing customers they never knew they'd had.

So I learned to build them properly instead.

I keep what I do simple. I design websites with the foundations built in: email, Google Business, search setup, all the things that make a site actually work, not just look good. I check on the sites already out there. And I stick around afterwards if you want me to. No confusing packages, no unnecessary extras, just practical support that helps your business work better online.

I build exclusively in Squarespace because I want you to actually understand your website when it's finished. At handover I'll show you how everything works, and you'll have access to everything. If you'd rather not worry about updates, that's completely fine too. My Care Plans are there if you'd like ongoing support, but the choice is always yours.

When I'm not working, I'm a mum of four, powered by coffee and usually reorganising something. I genuinely enjoy creating order from chaos, whether that's a messy website, a clunky process, or a business that feels overwhelming to run online.
