Website Design starts from $2,800, while Website + Digital Foundations starts from $4,500. The final price depends on what your business needs, including the number of pages, functionality and digital setup involved. After our discovery call, you'll receive a clear proposal and fixed price based on the agreed scope.

Every project is different, but Website Design includes a custom Squarespace website, mobile first design, clear navigation, enquiry forms, search foundations, business email and the digital essentials your business needs to launch confidently. Website + Digital Foundations adds things like expanded pages, newsletters, bookings, payments, follow up workflows and other connected digital touchpoints where they're useful.

A standard website generally takes around 3 to 4 weeks, while projects with more pages, systems or integrations can take longer. Your project timeline depends heavily on how quickly content, images and other information are provided. Your project officially gets underway once the required content and information are ready to work with.

That's completely fine. You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what pages, systems or integrations you need. That's part of what the discovery process is for. I'll ask questions about your business, your customers and what you want the website to do, then recommend what makes sense.

The Website Workbook is the starting point for your project. It captures the important details about your business, goals, customers, services, brand, pages, content, imagery, functionality, social profiles, Google presence and other digital touchpoints. It gives me a much clearer picture of what your website needs to do before I start building.

That's okay. If you have a logo, brand colours and fonts, I'll work from those. If you know your primary, secondary and accent colours or have your HEX codes, you can include them in the workbook. If some of this isn't set yet, I can help you work through it during the build.

Tell me early. You don't need everything to be perfectly written before we talk. The workbook helps identify what's missing, and I'll let you know what I need from you before each stage of the project. I can also recommend photographers, image sources or practical ways to work with what you already have.

That's what your included revision rounds are for. The Website Design package includes two rounds of revisions, while Website + Digital Foundations includes three. The aim is to get the direction right early, so the workbook, discovery process and first draft all work together before we get to revisions.

I need you to provide the information, content, approvals and feedback I need to build the right website for your business. You don't need to know how to design a website or understand the technical side. I'll guide you through what I need and what's happening next.

Squarespace gives small businesses a professional website platform that's straightforward to manage without needing to look after separate hosting, plugins and updates. It also means your website stays in your own account and you can continue managing it yourself after the project. If Squarespace isn't the right fit for what your business needs, I'll tell you.

Yes. An existing website can be rebuilt or improved depending on what's needed. If you're not sure whether you need a complete rebuild or just a few changes, a Website Health Check is a good place to start. I'll look at the website and help you work out what's worth fixing.

Yes. Your website and accounts stay in your name. You'll have access to the important accounts and platforms used for your website, and I don't build your business around something you can't access yourself.

Every website build includes a clear handover guide and post launch support. The guide explains how to manage your website, make relevant text updates and understand custom coded sections where they've been used. If you'd rather have someone keep an eye on things for you, Care Plans are also available.

CWS is a one person studio, so I think it's important to be upfront about that. I won't leave you wondering what's happening. If something unexpected affects your project, I'll communicate with you and give you a realistic revised timeframe. Your website also remains in your own account, so you're never dependent on me simply to access it.

Yes. Care Plans are $199 per month with no lock in. They're designed for a small number of clients who want ongoing support, small updates, website oversight and priority help rather than having to manage everything themselves. Larger pieces of work are quoted separately.

A Website Health Check is a review of your existing website and the important digital pieces around it. I'll look at areas including speed and performance, mobile experience, search foundations, links and images, forms and connections, plus code and other digital foundations. You'll receive a clear written report showing what's working, what needs attention and what I'd prioritise.

Not necessarily. If you already know your website needs a complete rebuild, you can start with a discovery call. If you're unsure whether you need a new website or whether your existing one can be improved, the Health Check can help you make that decision before spending thousands on a rebuild.

No. You can purchase a Health Check online, provide your website address and I'll complete the review without requiring a call or a long back and forth. You'll receive your written 2 to 3 page report within 2 business days.

A Website Health Check is $175. If you decide to proceed with a website build within 30 days, that $175 is credited against the website project.

They're the important pieces that sit around your website and help your business work online. This might include your Google Business Profile, business email, social profiles, bookings, payments, newsletters, enquiry and follow up workflows or other digital touchpoints. Not every business needs all of them. I'll help you work out what makes sense for yours.

No. Websites are a big part of what CWS does, but I also look at what's happening around the website. If I notice something that could make your business easier to find, easier to book or easier to run, I'll tell you. Sometimes that's part of the project, and sometimes it's simply a recommendation.

Yes. CWS is based in Echuca VIC and works with small businesses across Australia. Most projects can be completed completely remotely, so you don't need to be local to work with me.

If you're local to Echuca or nearby, we can arrange an in person catch up where it makes sense. Otherwise, projects are handled through video calls, email and online collaboration. Either way, you'll deal directly with me throughout the project.
