What isn't included

Billed monthly in advance. No contracts, no exit fees, no minimum term. Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month and you won't be charged again after that.

What if I don't need anything one month?
Nothing carries over and nothing's wasted. Some months are a quick check and nothing else, other months there's more to do. The flat rate evens that out either way.
What counts as a "small update"?
Small updates and edits: new photos, changed hours, price updates, new team members, seasonal changes. If a change starts turning into a new page or a redesign, I'll flag it and quote that separately before doing any work.
What isn't covered?

Do I have to have been a client to join?
That's fine. If I didn't build it, I'll run a full Health Check in your first month at no extra cost, so I know exactly what I'm looking after.
How do I cancel?
Just let me know. There's no lock in contract or exit fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month, and you won't be charged again after that.
How quickly do you respond?
Care Plan clients get priority. Your emails go to the top of my list, not the bottom.
Who owns my website?
You do. Your Squarespace account stays in your name, and if you ever leave the plan, nothing changes about your access.
